Project Description

CLMS services used zAppdev to develop systems to work alongside the G4S Group’s existing vehicle tracking hardware, specifically for the operations department to monitor “incidents” through the devices carried by each of the organisations vehicles. Crucially, G4S required a system that would operate with their own business processes, but also be adaptable so that they could provide the facility to their own clients with different systems.

zAppDev was used to provide a flexible environment to define these services and provide the required flexibility for sharing. We developed a framework solution with sophisticated UX that could accurately capture, report and respond to incidents that varied greatly in terms of client, location, complexity and scope.
